Beaufort West Municipality urge all service providers to submit all outstanding invoices and account statements for the financial year 1 July 2020 until 30 June 2021 to the Budget and Treasury Officer by no later than Friday, 9 July 2021 in order to ensure that all expenditure relating to the 2020/2021 financial year is properly recorded and accounted for.

As from the 19 August 2020 the public may drop off or return books at the following libraries on Wednesdays and Fridays between 10: 00 and 12:00:
Church Street, Kwa-Mandlenkosi, Mimosa, Merweville, Nelspoort and Murraysburg.
There will be drop off points at all libraries in Beaufort West, Merweville, Nelspoort and Murraysburg. There will be no issuing of any library material to the public at this stage.
Libraries will be reopen as soon as libraries comply with the COVID -19 Regulations.
