PROPOSED LEASE AND CLOSURE OF THE PASSAGE BETWEEN SALLIDON- AND EBENEZER AVENUE, RUSTDENE: BEAUFORT WEST: ERF 3727

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 4(3)(a) of the By-Law Relating to the Management and Administration of the Municipality’s Immovable Property that the Local Council intends to lease the passage being erf 3727, situated between Sallidon -and Ebenezer Avenue to the owners of the adjacent properties at R1.00 per year for a period of (9) nine years and (11) eleven months in order to close the passage stipulated in the subjoined notice.
