Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 60 of the Municipal Land Use Planning By-law for Beaufort West Municipality, Notice No. 21/2019 that the Authorized Official approved the application for permanent departure and relaxation of the street building lines and western side building line on erf 1451, Beaufort West to 0 meters, subject to the conditions imposed in terms of Section 66 of the said by-law stipulated in the subjoined notice.
