Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 4(3)(a) of the By-Law Relating to the Management and Administration of the Municipality’s Immovable Property that the Local Council intends to lease a portion of erf 249 Murraysburg, measuring approximately 1 ha to Mr. Isak Goeieman at a monthly rental of R360.00 (Excluding Vat) per month for a period of nine (9) years and eleven (11) months for the exclusive purpose of manufacturing of compost and the planting of olive trees.
