In order to ensure free, fair and democratic elections it is required that residents who wish to participate in the elections of Ward Committees register. Registration entails the verification of a resident’s personal details with the official IEC voters roll. Only residents registered on the official IEC voters roll is deemed eligible to participate in the election of Ward Committees.
Please bring along your identity document/card for registration purposes. Registration will commence from 17:00 until 18:30 on the day of the election.
