Notice No. 109/2021: NOTICE OF INTENT TO COMPILE THE BEAUFORT WEST MUNICIPAL SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK (MSDF), AS SET OUT IN TERMS OF CHAPTER 2, SECTION 3 TO 8 OF THE MUNICIPAL LAND USE PLANNING BY-LAW FOR BEAUFORT WEST

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 28(3) and 29 of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), section 20 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013), section 11 of the Western Cape Land Use Planning Act, 2014 (Act 13 of 2014) and section  3(2)(a) of the Standard ByLaw on Municipal Land Use Planning that Beaufort West Municipality intends to compile its Municipal Spatial Development Framework (MSDF).
