Notice No. 27/2018: APPLICATION FOR CONSENT USE: PORTION 2 OF FARM LA-DE-DA No. 178: BEAUFORT WEST
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 45 of the By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning for Beaufort West Municipality, Notice No. 72/2015, that the Authorized Official has in terms of Section 60 approved the above application, subject to the following conditions:-
1. The approval is granted for the consent use of Portion 2 of the Farm La-De-Da No. 178 for the erection of a communication tower.
Reasons for the decision are as follows:
- The relevant communication tower is an existing structure that has previously been allowed as a deviating land use.
- No new structures or extensions of the existing structure or site are planned.
Any person whose rights are affected by the above decision and or conditions may appeal to the Appeal
Authority by submitting a written appeal to the Municipal Manager, Beaufort West Municipality, Private Bag 582, 112 Donkin Street, Beaufort West, 6970, so to reach the undersigned within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
