Last updated: 21/11/2017Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 45 of the By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning for Beaufort West Municipality, Notice No. 72/2015 that the Authorized Official has in terms of Section 60 approved in whole the application for the relaxation of the street building line on erf 2702 to 2.15 m and the removal of restrictive title conditions C.(g) in Title Deed T7360/2005 in terms of Section 60 of the Bylaw on Municipal Land Use Planning for Beaufort West Municipality as follows:-
3. That the owner be responsible for the necessary steps to advertised the decision regarding the Removal of Restrictive Title conditions in the Provincial Gazette and to ensure that the restrictive title conditions C.(g) are removed from Title Deed T7360/2005 or any subsequent Title Deed.
Reasons for the decisions are as follows:
