The matter for consideration is an application in terms of:-
 

 

 

(i) Section 15(2)(a) of the Beaufort West Municipality ByLaw on Municipal Land Use Planning, 2019 for the rezoning of erf 303, Murraysburg from Business Zone I to a subdivisional area to make provisioned

for:-

  • 1 Business Zone II erf (+ 550 m²) (Portion B); and
  • 1 erf with Split Zoning (+ 2265 m²) (Portion A) consisting of Business Zone V (+ 945 m² and

Industrial Zone 1 (+ 1321 m²)

  (ii) Section 15(2)(d) of the Beaufort West Municipality ByLaw on Municipal Land Use Planning, 2019 for the subdivision of the Erf 303, Murraysburg in order to give effect to the subdivisional zoning to be considered as part of this application.
     

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 45 of the By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning for Beaufort West Municipality, that the above-mentioned application has been received and is available for inspection during weekdays between 07:30 and 16:15 at the Office of the Director: Corporate Services, 112 Donkin Street, Beaufort West. Any written comments may be addressed in terms of Section 50 of the said By-law to the Municipal Manager, Beaufort West Municipality, Private Bag 582, Beaufort West, 6970, Fax No. 023-415 1373, e-mail: admin@beaufortwestmun.co.za on or before 16:00 on Tuesday, 11 August 2020, quoting your, name, address or contact details, interest in the application and reasons for comments. Telephonic enquiries can be made to the Senior Manager: Corporate Services, Mr. P. Strümpher at Tel. No. 023-414 8103. The Municipality may refuse to accept comment received after the closing date. Any person who cannot write will be assisted by a Municipal official at the abovementioned office by transcribing their comments.

Notice is hereby given in terms of Sections 61 of the By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning for Beaufort West Municipality, Notice No. 21/2019, that in terms of Section 60, the Authorized Officer has in whole approved the application for the rezoning and subdivision of Erf 303, c/o Leeb- and Pastorie Street, Murraysburg as stipulated in the subjoined notice.
