Last updated: 13/08/2018Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 61 of the By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning for Beaufort West Municipality, Notice No. 72/2015 that the Authorized Official has in terms of Section 60 approved in whole the application for the permanent relaxation of the Western side building line on erf 2080 to 0 m in terms of Section 60 of the By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning for Beaufort West Municipality as follows:-
That the application applicable to Erf 2080, Beaufort West for the permanent relaxation of the Western side building line, is hereby approved in terms of Section 60 of Beaufort West Municipality: Land Use Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the following conditions imposed under Section 66 of the aforesaid by-law:-
1. That the Western side building line is relaxed to 0 meters subject thereto that no doors or windows are allowed in the wall fronting to the relevant side boundary.
The reasons for the abovementioned decision are as follows:-
Any person whose rights are affected by the above decision and or conditions may appeal to the Appeal
Authority by submitting a written appeal to the Municipal Manager, Beaufort West Municipality, Private Bag 582, 112 Donkin Street, Beaufort West, 6970, so to reach the undersigned within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
