Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 60 of the By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning for Beaufort West Municipality, Notice No. 72/2015 that the Authorized Official has in terms of Section 60 refused the above application in whole.

Reasons for the above decision are as follows:

  1. Due to the lack of parking on the premises, the property does not provide the proposed use for two guest rooms.
  2. That alternative parking as presented by the applicant is not considered to be sustainable or acceptable.
